Refrigator Cheese Cake

Lighter and simpler than regular cheese cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 packages shipped topping
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients andmix as for a pie crust. Press into a cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until light brown. Cool and crush. Take half out to put on top.

combine remaining 4 ingreadient. pour over crust mixture. Refrigerate. Before serving, put the remaining crust mixture ove the top. Serve with a fruit topping. I like a strawberry glaze in top, others like to open a can of cherry pie filling and pour over.
