Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

Combine sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan; stir in milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate and vanilla, stirring until chocolate melts. Serve warm or let stand 10 minutes to thicken. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
