Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 packages graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Filling
- 1- 3 oz package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- Whip
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can evaporatead milk
Directions

For crust, crush graham crackers, mix with sugar and butter. Press firmly on botton and sides of 9X12 pan or 8" round pan saving 1 cup of mixture for top.

For filling

Combine gelatin, water and lemon juice. chill and when set, whip

For whip

Combine and whip all four ingredients, until stiff. Add the whipped gelatin mixture. Whip until firm. Pour into crqacker lined pan and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate
