Dumplings

The best! Make sure the dumplings sit ON the soup. Always double!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 T oil
Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk and oil and stir just until the dry ingredients are bound into a soft, batter-like dough.

Bring soup to a boil, drop dumplings onto the surface.

Cover again and simmer over low until set, about 12-15 minutes.
