Ingredients
- 1 whole red onion, chopped
- 3 chopped bell peppers (one needs to be red just for the colors)
- 1-2 cups yellow corn
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (also can use white beans)
- 1 whole bunch cilantro, chopped
- Juice from 2 limes and a little lime zest to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin, or to taste
- Salt to taste (do not overdo)

Combine in a bowl. Eat. Yum.
