Powerballs

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 3/4-1 cup honey
  • 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower, etc)
  • Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, toasted coconut, chopped dried fruit, raisins, cinnamon, etc.

Directions

  1. Mix honey and flax then add nut butter and then oats.

  2. Roll into balls or pat flat.

  3. Fridge for 2 hours to set.

  4. We patted flat and cut in heart shapes. Then dipped in chocolate.
