Ingredients
- Burger Mixture
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablesppon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 ounces shreed cheddar cheese
- Baking Mixture
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- 2 eggs
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with a cookign spray.

In skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.

Drain off grease.

Cool for 5 minutes.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and cheese.

In medium bowl, stir baking mixture ingredients with a whisk or fork until blended.

Spoon 1 scant tablespoon of the baking mixture into each muffin cup.

Top with 1/4 cup burger mixture.

Spoon 1 tablespoon baking mixture over top of burger mixture.

Bake about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes.

With a thin knife loose sides of muffins from pan.

Remove from pan.

Place top side up on a cooling rack.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Serve with traditional hamburgers garnishes, pickles, tomato, etc.
