Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can carnation evaporated milk 12 oz
- 2 cups shredded cheese (about)
- 8 ounce elbow macaroni
Directions

In medium saucepan combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard and pepper, stir in milk until smooth. add butter stir constantly bring to a boil over medium high heat boil 1 minute. remove from heat.

Reserve a1/4 cup of cheese for topping.

add pasta, turn into greased 2 qrt casserole.

Sprinkle with reserved cheese.

Bake uncovered on 375 f oven 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
