Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can carnation evaporated milk 12 oz
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (about)
  • 8 ounce elbow macaroni

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard and pepper, stir in milk until smooth. add butter stir constantly bring to a boil over medium high heat boil 1 minute. remove from heat.

  2. Reserve a1/4 cup of cheese for topping.

  3. add pasta, turn into greased 2 qrt casserole.

  4. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.

  5. Bake uncovered on 375 f oven 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
