Spinach Dip (Season’s Best)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg McCormick Hollandaise Sauce Blend
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 jar (oz) diced pimientos, drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp McCormick Dill Weed
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, melt butter or medium heat. Stir in Sauce Blend. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly. 1 minute or until thickened.

  2. Add spinach pimientos, cheese and dill. Heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and sauce is well blended. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
