Ingredients
- pork tenderloin
- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
- olive oil
- flour
Directions

Clean and trim tenderloin. Place in bag with flour to coat evenly. Brown tenderloin in skillet with olive oil. Place in slow cooker.

Mix 2 envelopes of dry onion soup mix with 2 cups of water. Pour over pork in slow cooker. Cook covered for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Add water as needed.

For gravy: Add flour to the remnant oil in the skillet with liquid from slow cooker. Mix until desired consistency reached.
