Caramel Sultana Biscuits

Nice flavoured fruity biscuits

Ingredients
- 125 g butter, softened
- 2/3 C caster sugar
- 1 T golden syrup
- 2 T milk
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 C sultanas
- 1 1/2 C flour, sifted
- 1/2 t mixed spice
Directions

Cream butter, sugar & golden syrup.

Warm milk, add soda and when frothy, add to creamed mixture.

Stir in flour, spice and sultanas.

Bake in spoonful lots at 180oC approx 15 minutes.
