Ingredients
- Avocado, sliced in half
- 2 eggs
- Topping (bacon bits, cheese, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 425, with cast iron pan already in oven.

Slice avocado in half, take out pit.

Take pan out, put avocado half on, crack eggs in avocado halves, and put whatever you want on top.

Place in oven and cook until eggs reach desired consistency.
