Ingredients

  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
  • 1 t fresh ginger, grated, or 1/4 t dried
  • Pinch chili powder or a little chopped fresh chili
  • 1-2 t honey

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into a mug.

  2. Pour boiling water into the mug.

  3. Cover the mug and let infuse for about 10 min.
