Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C orzo, uncooked
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C chopped parsley/cilantro
- 2 C chicken broth
- 2 C milk
- 1 1/2 C frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 t pepper
Directions

Cook orzo according to package instructions and drain.

Meanwhile, in 5 qt saucepan, brown bacon until almost crisp. Drain excess fat.

Add onion and parsley/cilantro and continue cooking until onion is tender but not brown.

Stir in cooked orzo, chicken broth, milk, corn and pepper.

Heat to serving temperature.
