Ingredients
- 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce, such as Frank's or Texas Pete
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 20 20- to 25-count shrimp
Directions

To make the sauce: Melt the 1/4-cup butter and mix with hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and thyme.

To make the shrimp: Saute shrimp with sauce, and when simmering add half- cup cream. Heat through, and pour over grits to serve.
