Ice cream sandwich cake

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches (24 total)
  • One jar Smucker's Caramel Sauce
  • Two containers Cool Whip
  • Roasted Pecans
  • Chocolate Syrup

Directions

  1. Layer 12 ice cream sandwiches in bottom of 9″×13″ pan. You may need to cut some sandwiches into pieces to fit into the pan.

  2. Spread one container cool whip on top. Top with whole jar of caramel sauce and some roasted pecans (as many or little as you like)

  3. Layer 12 more ice cream sandwiches

  4. Top with whole container of Cool Whip

  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup (as much or as little as you like)

  6. Top with the rest of roasted pecans (as many or little as you like)

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer. Should be ready to eat in less than an hour.
