Cheese fondue

Ingredients
- 2 cups light cream (use coffee cream)
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 6 cups or 1 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbs flour
- dash of salt
Directions

Shred cheese; mix in flour and salt. Make sure all cheese is covered with flour.

In earthenware or Corning Ware saucepan, mix cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & garlic. Heat but DO NOT BOIL. When sauce is hot add cheese, by spoonfuls, waiting for each to melt. Stir constantly, and heat until smooth.
