Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 5 ounces cooked chicken breast
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla brand
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp shredded carrot
- Lettuce (may use fresh spinach instead)
Directions

Mix together Dijon mustard and honey.

Chop or cube chicken breasts.

Toss with dijon / honey mixture.

Spoon onto wholewheat

wrap.

Top with vegetables.
