Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1-3/4 cups low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 Tbs cinnamon
- 2 Tbs packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbs veggie oil
Directions

Preheat waffle iron. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In a medium bowl mix eggs, milk and butter then add to flour mixture and stir until just combined (batter will be a bit lumpy). Add oats, cinnamon, and sugar and mix just until combined.

Brush waffle iron with oil, pour in waffle batter and bake.
