Basil-Lemon Pasta

A summer favorite using fresh garden basil. Also is great with tomatoes added.

Ingredients
- 1 lb noodles
- Parmesan Cheese
- 2 T julienned lemon zest (optional)
- 3 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup torn fresh mint or basil leaves
- Crushed red pepper flakes
Directions

Cook noodles

Toss noodles with zest, juice and mint or basil. Top with cheese and pepper flakes.
