Ingredients
- Matzo Balls
- 2T vegatable oil
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 C Matzo meal + some
- 2T canned chick broth
- 1t salt
- fresh dill
- Soup
- 6C water
- chicken
- 1# carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 parsnips
- parsley and dill tied
Directions

Put all soup ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 45 min.

Strain off broth.

In a bowl, beat eggs, add oil, matzo meal, dill, and salt. Blend together.

Add broth and mix until uniform.

Cover and chill 20 min.

Wet hands and form batter into balls.

Drop into boiling soup.

Cover tightly and simmer until cooked, 30-40min.
