Mom’s Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 4 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- Green pepper, chopped
- Small onion, chopped
- Sauce:
- 1+ cup Miracle Whip
- 3 teaspoons mustard
- Approximately 1 teaspon sugar
- Salt to taste
Directions

Boil potatoes until tender, but not mushy.

Combine cooled potatoes, eggs, green pepper and onion.

Add sauce mixture and mix well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour
