Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 5-6 large baking apples, peeled and sliced
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

eat oven to 350. Place apples in bowl and add sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice to taste. Arrange in greased pie plate and pile high coming to point at middle. Mix dry ingredients together with egg. Crumble dry ingredients over apples and pour melted margarine over it. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 1 hour. (Can be baked in a pie crust.
