Stuffed baby peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 bag mini peppers
  • 1 pack Jenny-O-Hot italian turkey sausage
  • 1/2 brick cream cheese
  • 1-2 handfuls italian blend cheese
  • couple shakes of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Squeeze the turkey sausage out of the casing and break apart in a skillet. Cook over medium heat.

  2. Pour off the fat

  3. Mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper and shredded cheese in a bowl

  4. Stuff each half pepper with the sausage mixture

  5. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes (more for softer peppers, less if you like then crispy)
