Ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 green pepper-chopped
- 1 onion-chopped
- 3 T. fresh parsely-chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
Directions

saute garlic, onion, pepper in small amt oil (vegetable, olive, canola…whatever)

add juice from clams, parsley and spices…simmer x 15 minutes
