Southwestern grilled pork tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 1 pound pork tenderloins
- flour tortillas, salsa and avocado (optional)
Directions

Combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt and cayenne in small bowl.

Rub over pork and chill 2 hours.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.

Preheat grill to medium high heat (350 degrees to 400 degrees.

Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees for well-done.

Let pork stand 5 minutes.

Slice pork and serve on tortillas with salsa and avocado, if desired.
