Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa (European)
- 2 1/2 cups Confectioner's sugar
- /2 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 3 1/2 dozen blanched and toasted almonds
Directions

Melt butter, stir in cocoa.

Cool.

Combine cocoa and sugar; add cream, vanilla and almond, blend well.

Chill till firm.

Shape filling around almond.

Roll in confectioner’s sugar.

Cover and chill.
