Asparagus Salad

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 1-2 bunches asparagus
- 1 can hearts of palm
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup evoo
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. dijon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
Directions

Steam asparagus making sure it remains very crispy.

Chill (in ice bath if necessary).

Mix with tomatoes and hearts of palm.

Mix dressing and pour over.
