Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. honey
- fine sea salt
- fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 chicken cutlets
Directions

Season chicken with S + P and a little rosemary.

Grill.

Heat balsamic vinegar in a pot over medium heat 8-10 minutes until reduced by half.

Remove from heat. Stir in honey, garlic, onion powder.

Glaze will thicken as it cools – cool slightly.

Pour over chicken.
