Blintz Souffle

Ingredients
- 12 frozen blintzes
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 large sour cream
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. OJ
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

Place blintzes on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Melt margarine and pour over blintzes.

Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, OJ, vanilla and salt.

Pour over blintzes.

Bake 375 for 45-50 minutes.
