Broccoli Cashew Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, stems discarded, florets chopped small
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1 pack ramen noodles
- 1 cup raw cashews
Directions

Place the broccoli in a large bowl.

In a medium bowl, whisk the mayo, sugar, vinegar and onion.

pour the dressing over the broccoli.

Add in the raisins, crumbled ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and cashews.

Toss to combine.
