Ingredients
- Large Onion, chopped,
- 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms,
- 4 cloves garlic,
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips,
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained,
- 28 oz whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped,
- 2.25 oz can ripe olives, drained,
- 1/2 basil ,
- 1/4 tsp salt,
- 1/2 t pepper,
- 12 oz spaghetti,
- 1 c fresh Parmesan cheese
Directions

Saute first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large saucepan until tender. Add beans and next 5 ingredients. Boil, then simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally.

Cook spaghetti, drain.

Serve sauce over spaghetti.
