Crepes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 3 tbs melted butter

Directions

  1. fry in crepe pan, spreading margarine in pan each time

  2. if filling crepes and baking, fry only on one side, fill on unfried side
