Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds round steak in 1 inch cubes
  • 4 chicken boullion cubes in 4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 2 onions chopped fine
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 cans sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch in 6 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Brown steak.

  2. Take out.

  3. Drain off grease.

  4. Pour into fry pan bouillon, garlic, soy, Worcestershire, mushrooms, onions, sugar, and black pepper.

  5. Blend in corn starch.

  6. Add meat and cover.

  7. Simmer 30 minutes.

  8. Add green pepper.

  9. Cook 10 minutes.

  10. Serve over rice.
