Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 small head of broccoli, raw, and torn into smaller pieces
- 1 small can rotel tomatoes (optional)
- 2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of jalapeno soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (16 ounce) package tater tots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet over high heat, brown the ground beef and drain fat.

Stir in garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, broccoli, and condensed cream of jalapeno soup. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Line greased baking dish with a layer of tater tots. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over beef mixture.

Top mixture with tater tots.

Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes, until tater tots are crispy.
