Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb hashbrowns frozen
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Spray 11 × 14 pan

  3. Mix ingredients and dump

  4. Bake 45 minutes
