Breakfast Egg and Grits Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grits
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb or 5 sausages
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees

  2. Combine water and grits let cool a little

  3. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate or bake

  4. 15 minutes before end sprinkle 1/2 of cheese

  5. Bake 1 hour
