Ingredients

  • 2 LB. LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 EGG
  • 1/2 GRATED ONION
  • 3/4 C CRACKER CRUMBS
  • 1/8 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 2 TSP OREGANO
  • 1 SMALL CAN TOMATO SAUCE
  • 2 C GRATED CHEESE

Directions

  1. COMBINE MEAT, SEASONINGS, EGG, CRACKER CRUMBS, AND 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE.

  2. PAT OUT ON WAXED PAPER; COVER WITH CHEESE AND ROLL UP.

  3. KE 1 HOUR AT 325.

  4. DRAIN OFF FAT AND COVER TOP WITH KETCHUP; BAKE 15 MINUTES MORE
