SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CANDY

Ingredients

  • 2 LBS SALTED DRY ROASTED PEANUTS
  • 4 OZ GERMAN SWEET CHOCOLATE
  • 12 OZ PKG SEMISWEET CHOC CHIPS
  • 2 1/2 LBS WHITE ALMOND BARK

Directions

  1. PUT THE PEANUTS IN THE BOTTOM OF CROCK POT

  2. LAYER THE CHOCOLATE OVER THE PEANUTS, BEGINNING WITH THE SWEET CHOCOLATE, FOLLOWED BY THE CHOC CHIPS AND THEN THE ALMOND BARK

  3. SET THE TEMP ON LOW AND COOK FOR 3 HOURS

  4. DO NOT STIR THE MIXTURE

  5. AFTER 3 HOURS, STIR THE MIXTURE WITH A WOODEN SPOON UNTIL SMOOTH

  6. DROP THE CANDY INTO CUPCAKE LINERS USING ABOUT 2 TBS PER LINER

  7. ALLOW CANDY TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE REMOVING LINER
