Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 15 oz pkg toast oat O-shaped cereal (13 cups)
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- 1 10 oz pkg miniature marshmallow
- 1 cup toffee baking bits
Directions

Line a 15×10×1 inch jelly-roll pan with foil. Lightly coat foil with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven set over medium heat, cook the condensed milk, white chocolate chips and marshmallows stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Stir in cereal, cinnamon and toffee bits.

Turn mixture into the prepared pan. Using a square of wax paper or moist finger, press into pan. Cool 1-2 hours or until firm. Cut into 24 bars. Store in covered container between layers of wax paper.
