New Orleans Shrimp Toss

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can Cream of Chicken w/ Herbs condensed soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 t paprika
- Cornbread or biscuit
- 2 T chopped fresh chives
Directions

Mix shrimp, 1 T oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire and Cajun seasoning

Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.

Add soup, milk, and paprika. Heat to a boil. Add shrimp mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until shrimp is done. Serve with bread and garnish with chives.
