Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3 TBSP vinegar (red wine, white wine, sherry, blackberry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

In a small jar, mix the vinegar and mustard. Add the olive oil, cap tightly and shake until blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper ,then shake again.

Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
