Slow-cooker chicken n’ dumplings

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves or thighs
- 2 T butter
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough, or homemade biscuit dough, torn into small pieces
- 1 t cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- chicken broth (about 1 cup)

Season chicken with cumin, salt and pepper.

Place chicken, butter, soup, and onion in slow cooker and fill with enough chicken broth to cover.

Cook for 3 hours on high or about 5 hours on low. About 90 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook on high until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
