Green Curry Paste

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Corinder seeds
  • 2 tsp whole cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn
  • 10 fresh green chilies
  • 5 jalapeno chilies
  • 3 tbsp. chopped lemon grass
  • 3 tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Roast coriander seeds,cumin and peppercorn in a pan, until fragnant

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and process into a smooth paste, adding very less water.

  3. Store in an air tight container and refridgerate
