Ingredients
- 21/2 c Coconut milk
- 1/3 c red/green curry paste
- 3/4 c ground peanuts
- 1/4 palm sugar
- 2 tbsp. tamarind liquid
- 1 tbsp. veg stock
- 3tbsp light soy sauce
Directions

Combine cocnut milk and curry paste in a pan and boil over medium heat.

Cook for 3-5min or until fragnant

Add remaining coconut milk, peanuts,soy sauce,tamarind liquid,palm sugar and veg. stock

Cook stirring constantly for 3-5 min until peanuts dissolve.

Make sure Peanuts don’t burn at the bttom of the pan.

season with salt and Serve with veg satay dishes.
