Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup olives
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp Itallian seasoning
- Dash of onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Cut up veggies into a large bowl. Top the salad with the drained black beans. You can use any type of beans. Mix dressing and add to salad.
