- 1/2 small apple, cored, chopped (50g)
- 1/2 small banana, sliced (55g)
- 1 1/2 oz. carrots, chopped (42g)
- 1/4 c. orange juice (or whatever liquid)
- 1/4 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)(38g)
- 1/4 c. crushed ice
- 2 packets splenda
