Pizza Pops

Ingredients

  • Dough: 2 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 5 - 6 c. flour
  • Filling: 1 pkg bacon, chopped and fried
  • 2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small salami, chopped
  • 2 c. ham, chopped
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 1/2 c grated mozza

Directions

  1. Let rise: yeast, warm water and sugar

  2. Add: egg, oil, salt, warm water and flour

  3. Let rise no more than 15 minutes. Roll out and cut circles. Fill. Deep fry until brown
