Minted Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh mint
  • 3/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash pepper
  • 3 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add peas and onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
