Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. walnut oil
- 12 cups mesclun salad greens
- 3⁄4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Directions

Whisk together balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, shallots, Dijon, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle in olive oil and walnut oil until emulsified. Toss vinaigrette with greens and walnuts.
